If you are a class member who has received an email from us inviting you to select relief compensation please click the button below to give us your information. The deadline for selecting relief compensation is May 02, 2021.
Who is Eligible
The Settlement Class is comprised of individuals who paid a “Racer Insurance Fee” or “Insurance Fee” to Spartan between February 26, 2016 and December 31, 2020, inclusive. We have sent emails to the group mentioned above informing them of their rights. Pass holders who raced in this time period are elligible to the compensation in this settlement. For the merchandise e-gift card option listed below they will be elligible for the number of races they participated in with a limit of four (4) races total.
